Classes are £7.00 an hour, payable in advance by term. I no longer offer a ‘pay as you go’ option.
All classes are mixed ability but some are smaller and more suitable for beginners.
Clients need to provide their own mat and selected small equipment, such as resistance bands and weights.
Although classes are based in Lichfield and Whittington, they are open to everyone across Staffordshire, including Burntwood, Tamworth and Sutton Coldfield.
