With classes currently on hold due to COVID-19 I’ve released 2 new videos:
Video no. 1 – 20 min class no equipment needed (Cost £2.50)
Video no. 2 – 40 min class, you just need a rolled up towel (Cost £5.00)
These videos are open to past and present clients who have completed a PARQ Health Form.
If you are new to Lichfield Pilates and would like to purchase one please contact me at emmasandersuk@gmail.com so I can discuss your needs and send you a PARQ Health Form if required.
Once you have paid I will send you a link to the video on YouTube.
I am currently working on a full series of videos to keep us all moving while we are away from our normal classes.
