I hope everyone is enjoying the summer break so far.
I’ve released the September class timetable today, if you could book your space before Friday 19th August that would be fantastic.
We will be using the soft Pilates weights in September. Please remember you can still participate in all the class without the weights, they are just an optional extra. We will also be using the mini loop bands to work our legs even harder should you wish.
